What we did:
Lithos Group Inc. was retained to prepare the civil engineering package in support of Minor Variance Application for a proposed residential development at 391 and 393 Rosebank Road in the City of Pickering.
Project Description:
The proposed development consists of three single-family residential dwellings. Lithos evaluated the existing servicing conditions and prepared a stormwater management strategy to support the proposed development and the City’s review of the application.
