Project Description:
The existing site is approximately 2.131 hectares of commercial-use land and is located on the south-east corner of the intersection between Markham Road and McNicoll Avenue. The proposed development consists of five buildings supported by surface parking. The buildings will include, one Tim Hortons, a Gas Station, a two storey office building and two commercial buildings. Renders prepared by nArchitecture.
