What we did:
Lithos Group Inc. was retained to prepare the civil engineering package in support of a Site Plan Application for a proposed mixed-use development at 3359 Danforth Avenue in the City of Toronto.
Lithos’ scope included evaluating existing municipal infrastructure and developing servicing strategies for stormwater management, sanitary servicing, and water supply to support the proposed development.
Project Description:
The proposed development consists of a six-storey building with an additional mechanical penthouse and one level of underground parking. The ground floor will accommodate commercial space and building amenities, while the upper floors will include 26 residential units.
