Project Description:
Civil engineering services were provided for the development of a 1.8-hectare employment site into a modern single-storey industrial facility with associated outdoor parking and site servicing. The proposed building delivers approximately 9,966 m² of gross floor area. Our team supported the servicing and site development strategy to enable efficient industrial use adjacent to Highway 400 while meeting applicable municipal and agency requirements.
