Project Description:
The 3300 Rutherford project in Vaughan, Ontario, is a mixed-use masterplan community set to transform the area into a vibrant hub. It’s located near the intersection of Rutherford and Highway 400, adjacent to Vaughan Mills Mall and Canada’s Wonderland. This approximately 12-acre site currently hosts a variety of shops and restaurants and will soon include six mixed-use residential towers, ranging from 12 to 29 storeys.
