Lithos Group was retained to review the existing site conditions and available information and to prepare a technical Recommendations Report to support the Owner’s planning and decision-making process. Our scope included assessing the existing servicing conditions and preparing the required engineering documentation outlining recommendations related to the proposed works.
Project Description:
The site at 250 First Gulf Boulevard in Brampton, Ontario is currently occupied by a large industrial logistics and distribution facility used for warehousing and fulfillment operations. The facility contains approximately 300,000 square feet of warehouse space, equipped with multiple loading docks and logistics infrastructure supporting shipping and distribution activities
