The 2157 Lawrence East Condos, is a pre-construction condominium project set to enhance the Dorset Park neighborhood in Scarborough. This development will feature two towers, 21 and 24 storeys high, atop a six-storey podium, offering 526 residential units. Amenities will include outdoor terraces, a fitness center, and work-from-home spaces, with 264 parking and 395 bicycle spaces.
