What we did:
The proposed development includes nine blocks consisting of multiple residential buildings and associated infrastructure. Lithos Group was retained to review existing site information and provide engineering consulting services to support the Draft Plan of Subdivision (DPS) and Environmental Compliance Approval (ECA) applications for the proposed Cowdray Court roadway and related municipal servicing works.
Project Description:
The project site is located south of the intersection of Kennedy Road and Sheppard Avenue East in the City of Toronto and is currently occupied by several existing buildings, most of which are proposed to be demolished as part of the redevelopment.
