What we did:
Lithos Group Inc. was retained to prepare the civil engineering package in support of a Zoning By-law Amendment (ZBA) and Site Plan Application (SPA) for a proposed mixed-use development at 4568 Kingston Road in the City of Toronto.
Lithos evaluated the existing municipal infrastructure and developed servicing strategies for stormwater management, sanitary servicing, and water supply to support the proposed development. In addition, our team prepared and coordinated the Short-Term Discharge Application required for the project as part of the permitting process with the City.
Project Description:
The proposed development consists of a 12-storey mixed-use building with three levels of underground parking. The project will include 131 residential units.
