Project Description:
One Delisle is a mixed-use residential tower in Toronto. Located at the intersection of Yonge and Delisle streets,
the building introduces a distinctive sculptural form to the Midtown skyline. Its geometry gradually transforms
from a rectilinear base aligned with the city grid into a multi-sided tower.
